Is working in Storage Units permitted?
No, Stone Quarry Storage is a storage facility. Any activity other than storing or retrieving stored items is not permitted.
What are your hours of operation?
You can access your storage space 24/7/365.
What is required to rent a storage space?
You will need the following information on hand: - Mailing address - Cell phone number - Drivers license # (Or, Valid State or Government ID) - Your full legal name - Current Email address
I want to rent a unit, How can I do so?
Online rental is COMING SOON, but for now, please call (920) 680-7150 for availability. An electronic lease will be emailed for you to complete and return. We'll contact you for payment and a move in date.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a deposit equal to one month's rent is required for all units.
The security deposit is refundable provided the following requirements are met: you submitted, and we received, a proper 30 day notice to vacate, outstanding balances are paid in full, and the space is emptied, swept clean, and unlocked. Deposits are never used as monthly rent, and are mailed back to the lastphysical address provided to us.
What do I need to do when I move out?
You'll need to provide us with a 30 day written notice to vacate. *You can provide your notice on our website by clicking on the Notice to Vacate Tab. You must then leave the storage space completely empty, broom swept, and unlocked by the last day indicated on the notice.
Do you insure my items?
The lessee is required to carry their own insurance to protect their items. We conveniently offer tenant insurance as an option on our online rental agreement. You can learn more about tenant protection here.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, you'll need to provide your own lock. We also sell high quality Chateau SS disc locks for $10.00 each.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period for self storage spaces is two months and three months for 10' x 10' units.
How far in advance can I reserve a storage space?
Stone Quarry Storage rents units on a first come first serve basis. We do not reserve units at this time.
What happens if I leave items in my space that I don't want or no longer need?
Any items left in your space are your responsibility. Stone Quarry Storage does not clean out spaces. We'll continue to charge you rent until your space is completely empty and unlocked. Thank you for understanding.
Do you provide monthly statements?
At this time, Stone Quarry Storage does not provide monthly invoice reminders. You can access your online account at any time to check your balance. And, you can set up automatic payment processing on the first of each month.
When are rental payments due?
The rental due date is the first day of each month. A late fee is enforced if payments are not received by the 10th day of the month. The easiest way to get your payment to us quickly is through your online account with debit or credit card payments.
What form of payments can I use?
You can pay online with debit or credit card, ACH, or you can also pay via mail using a check, cashiers check or money order. Mail payments to the following address:

My space has been overlocked due to a delay in payment. I'm now current on my payments; when will it be unlocked?
The space will be unlocked within 5 business days after receipt of payment.
